The Davenergy Team worked up to the beginning of the Christmas Holidays, and returned immediately after the holidays to complete the project despite the fact that the project was awarded late in the 2018 calendar year, and period of performance would be impacted by the holidays. Jason Happe has over 27 years of experience providing project and program management for a wide variety of federal and private projects from energy assessments, commissioning, and retro-commissioning projects to operations and maintenance (O&M) support, indoor air quality, sustainability planning, and construction administration. He is an expert in managing large-scale building improvements and mechanical/electrical system projects for military, government, and education facilities, including bio-containment facilities, research laboratories, and higher education buildings to industrial control rooms, potable water distribution facilities, and steam power generation systems
