As Director of Administration, Nicole’s responsibilities include administering employee benefit & retirement plans, coordinating new employee/applicant offer letters, background screening, orientations and employee on-boarding. She also ensures company compliance with government laws and regulations, and with collective bargaining agreements, prepares all governmental reports, resolves personnel issues, maintains company policy & procedures and coordinates all personnel required training.
Mr. Kiar has over 20 years’ of technical expertise and experience in audit and retrocommissioning services for large complex facilities, specifying designs of mechanical and building automation systems, and developing and executing energy and water conservation opportunities. Experience includes commercial, institutional, municipal and industrial energy engineering, utility cost and life cost analysis. He has provided engineering solutions on energy and water conservations, energy cost saving projects, rate analysis, renewable energy and retrocommissioning in federal facilities throughout the US, several City of Los Angeles facilities, hospitals, data centers, hotels, educational facilities, and a wide variety of large commercial facilities. Mr. Kiar is responsible for conducting ASHRAE levels I, II and III energy audits; existing building commissioning including conducting site visits, pre-functional systems review, functional performance testing, review of OPR and BOD, and writing commissioning plans, specifications, and reports.
Mr. Kiar has a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, is a registered Professional Mechanical Engineer, is a LEED Accredited Professional, a Certified Energy Manager and a Certified Commissioning Authority by ACG AABC Commissioning Group.
Julien Trinh has over 15 years’ experience in construction management with a specific focus in mechanical engineering designs, commissioning of healthcare mechanical systems and energy reduction management. Mr. Trinh’s career experience involves cradle to grave development of facilities and utilities infrastructure projects which allows him to provide value to project programming, planning, design, and construction phases. Mr. Trinh currently leads various mechanical projects to include the an HVAC upgrades, and modernization and remediation projects serving a 1.1 MSF hospital.
Mr. Trinh has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, is a Certified Energy Manager and California registered Professional Mechanical Engineer.
Edie Andrade has over twenty years’ experience in marketing, strategic development and writing technical proposals for the construction industry with seventeen years’ experience in the government construction industry sector. Experience includes marketing, business development, management and writing winning technical proposals for NAVFAC, Veterans Affairs, USACE, National Guard and GSA contracts. Through her industry relationships, she has directly contributed to new opportunities for the firm and has helped to expand the company’s efforts.
Mrs. Andrade has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Programming.
Christopher Wagner is a former Marine, bringing 8 years of hands-on mechanical expertise and project/personnel management. Mr. Wagner has performed all aspects of ASHRAE Levels I and II Energy Audits and Retro-commissioning in a variety of areas, to include major healthcare facilities and laboratories. Mr. Wagner’s responsibilities include Project Management as well as Energy and Mechanical Engineering. Over the past 3 years, Mr. Wagner has overseen and managed four IDIQ type contracts whose value exceeds $5M and Task Orders ranging from under $5k to over $2M. He is extremely well versed in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and is an expert in small business acquisitions. He addresses all legal and contractual concerns and assures they are resolved expeditiously by working with the assigned Project Manager and the Contracting Officer.
Mr. Wagner has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
James Sinclair, retired from the Navy as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer in 2009, when he founded Davenergy Solutions. He has over 26 years’ experience in engineering and construction, specifically healthcare facilities. Mr. Sinclair formerly served as the Director of Facilities at a major military hospital and his healthcare experience includes a $50M Maintenance budget and over $150M of healthcare capital improvements projects, to include a $9M Neonatal Intensive Care Modernization, $3M Orthopedic Modernization, $5M Wounded Warrior Clinic construction, $26M Healthcare Administrative Renovation, and $12M Emergency Room Renovation. Responsibilities included the management of 150 government, military, and contracted staff. James is also an expert in Resiliency Engineering, having served as Structural/Infrastructure Engineer for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and for the Army Materiel Command’s Security Engineer since 2009.
Mr. Sinclair has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, is a Certified Energy Manager and is a Certified Building Commissioning Professional by Association of Energy Engineers.
