Davenergy’s highly experienced construction managers successfully navigate clients through the construction process. We engage with the design team to understand the unique circumstances that have impacted a building’s design. We participate in design reviews to uncover issues of constructability, coordination and cost to facilitate the presentation of alternatives or options. We assist clients with obtaining required entitlements and permits. We confer with clients on the construction delivery process and strategize the best value when bidding and negotiating with the prospective contractor. With the commencement of construction, we are on site to expeditiously resolve issues as they arise. Davenergy applies the latest technology to efficiently manage the volume of RFIs and other site related documents. We guide the process of evaluating the changes that inevitably surface during construction to minimize cost and schedule impacts. Finally, we facilitate the delivery of a quality project, and then support the client in taking occupancy and utilizing the facility.
