Davenergy provided a full time Construction Scheduler who developed and maintained an effective construction scheduling program that coordinated phasing and construction sequencing with the Naval Medical Center facilities staff, medical staff and various contractors working in the hospital to optimally program and deconflict several dozen ongoing construction projects. Davenergy’s scope of work consisted of contractor schedule reviews, oversite, cost analysis and the development of a Master Critical Path Schedule which was updated on a weekly basis and briefed to the Executive Steering Committee. Davenergy also performed evaluations of escalation rates on labor, material and equipment and determined associated schedule risks. The analysis consisted of reviewing the associated work and determining national market factors that cause price fluctuations and quantifying the impact the fluctuations had on the overall cost of the projects. Primavera was used in the schedule analysis.
