Davenergy is primarily owned by James Sinclair, a retired Navy Civil Engineer Corps Officer with over twenty-five years’ experience in engineering and construction, including healthcare facilities maintenance and capital improvements, having served as the Facilities Director at the Navy’s largest Medical Center in San Diego, California and 21 remote clinics.
