James, a retired Navy Civil Engineer Corps Officer, brings more than thirty years of engineering and construction experience, including leadership in healthcare facilities maintenance and capital improvements. He previously served as Facilities Director at the Navy’s largest medical center. Jason, a decorated Army combat veteran, contributes over twenty years of expertise in building systems, operations, and facility performance.

I’ve been extremely impressed by the quality of work produced by Davenergy. The quality of their work and reports has been far better than anything I have seen within the building automation systems and as good as any technical reports I have ever received. The Davenergy Team worked up to the beginning of the Christmas Holidays, and returned immediately after the holidays to complete the project despite the fact that the project was awarded late in the 2018 calendar year, and period of performance would be impacted by the holidays. By working proactively and collaborating flexibly with the VA PM, we were able to avoid major delays that could have been caused by the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday periods.

James Sinclair has over 30 years’ experience managing the maintenance, operation, and capital improvements of healthcare and government facilities. He is an expert in renewable energy systems as well as healthcare construction and has managed well over $200M of construction projects both as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer and a Contractor.
Jason Happe has over 27 years of experience providing project and program management for a wide variety of federal and private projects from energy assessments, commissioning, and retro-commissioning projects to operations and maintenance (O&M) support, indoor air quality, sustainability planning, and construction administration. He is an expert in managing large-scale building improvements and mechanical/electrical system projects for military, government, and education facilities, including bio-containment facilities, research laboratories, and higher education buildings to industrial control rooms, potable water distribution facilities, and steam power generation systems
